Genesis can disassemble and re-assemble all your piston components from big and little end bearings / bushes to gudgeon pins, piston rings and crown fitting as well as conrod straightening and balancing.

D P F Cleaning and Carbon Cleaning

Genesis Engines have professional equipment and three machines dedicated to DPF Cleaning and the complete Carbon Cleaning process. We are the only company in the area with all three machines necessary to carry out this process.

Petrol Injecton

In the field of Petrol Injection ASNU are the world leaders and we are licensed and are exclusive in the area for their market leading equipment.

Performance Injectors are also available.

Diesel Injection

Genesis can repiar, recode and re-manufacture your Diesel Injectors, we have excellent testing equipment for not only Injectors but also for Diesel Pumps too.

Rear Axle Pins

Genesis Engines can remove and replace pins and bushes on your rear axles as well as other rear axle related issues. We can also repair and balance propshafts.

Mobile Repairs

There are certain jobs which we can do at your premises if required, such as thread restoration, nut / bolt removal and locking wheel nut removal. There is a call out charge for this so better to get in touch with us first with a detailed explanation of the problem.

D P F 's

Bring in your DPF and leave it with us for 36 hours in order to get a complete treatment. For a 100% job, this cannot be carried out any quicker.

TURBOS

Arriving shortly is a test bench to go alongside equipment we already have which will enable us to remanufacture turbo's

INJECTION

WE are the area's leading company for both Petrol andf Diesel Injection. We can also repair and test diesel pumps as well as injectords

ROTATING MACHINES
